Cannot open files from the syncthing interface with my default file browser.

Description of the issue

To click the folder icon and be able to view my files

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Click the folder icon for one of the available folder
3. Open the linked folder in my default file browser
4. A popup appears recommending to use some other app (Material Files) instead of opening the folder, and clicking "No" simply dismisses the popup and doesn't allow me to view my files.

this may be a device or rom specific issue. we will need more info like device manufacturer, the os you are running, which file explorer app is pre installed, and what is the version of "Files" app (check in app list with show system apps on)

My device is a OnePlus Nord N20 5G.

The default file browser app is called My Files. Version 14.8.26_92a69eb_240111. I'm not really sure of the exact application since it doesn't seem to have a link on the app store and as far as I know as installed on the phone by default when I received it since it can't actually be removed, only "deactivated".

Thanks for the info. I have tried to open the oneplus's MyFiles app to view folder. Can you please help test it out?

Here's the link to the debug build. It should install along side the production app but keep the syncthing off on that. You don't need to add another device or sync anything. Just add a folder and try to open it.

@dbhavsar76 I installed the linked build and made a Test folder, but the behavior seems to be the same as before.

Basically saying there's no compatible file manager and asking to install Material Files.

After clicking No the dialog just closes.

Can you please give the package name of the files app?
is it maybe one of com.oneplus.filemanager, com.coloros.filemanager, com.oplus.filemanager or something else?

The com.oneplus.filemanager seems to be the only filemanager package on my system, so I assume it's that one, but I can't actually tell from thh App Info page, and I don't know the adb command to be sure.
