Double zipped FW not extracting

This firmware is a nested zip and seems like its not able to get an FS out:

Actually this isnt because its nested since the FS still doesnt extract after manually unzipping, but it looks like a full FS is seen by binwalk and unblob.

Hm, the issue might be with how we identify a filesystem then - does it look like a normal one with standard directories and layouts?

I think some of the directories are weirdly nested and separated out, which is probably the problem now that im looking at it more.
