Add end-to-end tests for more manufacturers

Currently our end-to-end tests (#12) only cover a small subset of linux device manufacturers (the ones that come up when you search "linux router" on amazon and ignore all the dropshipped products as they're more annoying to find firmware downloads for).

Scrolling through that here's the list of manufacturers to add:

• TP-Link
• NETGEAR
• Mikrotik
• ASUS
• WAVLINK
• D-Link
• AT&T
• Linksys
• Cisco
• Google (Do they have public firmware uploads? EDIT: yes!)
• Motorola
• Acer

Ones I'm unsure about but might be worth covering anyways:

• Reyee
• FriendlyElec
• GL.iNet
• Aircove
• NanoPi
• NRadio

Having trouble finding a direct download link to WAVLINK, skipping for now

AT&T only has an OTA update option, no direct download links

Cisco has direct links that can work but I suspect the authentication on them will result in these links breaking, skipping
