Use PyLint

Some projects on PyPi don't provide classifiers infos, it would be also interesting to use pylint to scan the source code of the dependency and check if it's python 3 compatible or not.

Tasks:

• CLI option to use pylint.
• Should download the source code/unzip and scan.
