Deploy a demo environment

In our latest Readium call (April 3rd), we discussed the idea of setting up a demo environment for the Readium Web project.

Some key takeaways:

• Hetzner Cloud Google Cloud seems to be a good fit for hosting this environment
• We would deploy the server included in the go-toolkit project along with a set of test files (list of files TBD)
• This would also include the test app for the Web Reader itself

This is currently blocked on an admin level as we need to set up a vault for the maintainers first and foremost.

The vault is now available to all maintainers of the project but we switched to Google Cloud for hosting as it makes things easier in terms of invoicing.
