MultiQC report

Background

Create a MultiQC report as the final step in every workflow. This report should display basic summary plots which can be used to understand the data without needing to utilise the interactive data visualisation portal of RAWG, which may be overkill for some peoples usage.

Key Changes

• Create new CWL script for running MultiQC
• Add MultiQC method to cwl_writer class and update the interaction matrix.
• Add a download button for the MultiQC report.
