It runs too fast

Thank you for job, I like it much. But there is one problem with it: it runs too fast on modern computers, is there any way to manage FPS?

FBZX uses the sound to synchronize the speed, so it should work fine. Do you have pulseaudio in your system? If not, try to specify to use ALSA from the command line.
