Different CSS problems in various plugin/base version combinations

• new trash icon used in journal preview overwrites general base list view trash icon (jQuery UI)
• journal detail tabs don't show content anymore, vertical size collapsed? (base release 1.1)
• journal detail entry can't be saved anymore (base master), see jmobile
• Close button is not visible
• Journal entry detail dialog window is not defined properly (no border?)
