Publish Directus images to ghcr.io/radiorabe

We are currently using upstream Directus images. If these images fulfill our uses cases, then all is well and we can stick using them.

Reasons for publishing a Directus image might include:

• Injecting the RaBe internal root CA certificate
• Pre-installing Directus plugins at build-time
• Getting around any potential rate-limits, if there are any in the upstream regitstry

I'm not sure if any of these apply.

Yes we also need a Directus image as we need to Pre-installing Directus plugins at build-time.
