Query timed out

Thank you for creating this tool!

I am constantly getting errors when using it for complex queries.
The same queries work in the browser, but not in the CLI:

$ bunx @qwadratic/deepwiki-cli query "Can Cloud Hypervisor microVMs use port forwarding without sudo or privileged networking access on the host? Explain the supported networking model and whether unprivileged user-mode forwarding exists." -r cloud-hypervisor/cloud-hypervisor --mode deep
