Description
As raised in this PR, we decided that we want to replace the current Electricity per building slider in the Development of demand section in Buildings with individual sliders for appliances and lighting.
This also relates to #4467
Current Behavior
The Electricity per building slider sets the indicated annual change to the useful demand nodes of appliances and lighting.
Proposed Improvement
Two new sliders will be introduced that individually set the useful demand of appliances and lighting.
Implementation Ideas
When implementing this, the new slider can be included in the migration of this PR to correct for changes to existing scenarios.
