Need to include prerequisite for Instrucions

Before running the stack in IIIa -- a Glue database needs to be created and associated with this stack, so that you can successfully complete the Athena Bucket Cloudformation Template

It should just use the default database, so I'm not sure what error you might be seeing.

AWS is really weird about creating and deleting databases, so we deliberately chose NOT to make that a prerequisite for getting Athena to work.
