instructions needed to customize bucket name

I ran athena-cfn.yaml with the default parameters and received an error stating that the bucket name was already taken. We should include a line of instructions to customize the name of the suffix so that it ensures uniqueness.

Can you elaborate? If the BucketName: !Sub "${AWS::StackName}-${SuffixWorkGroup}-${SuffixBucket}" is already taken, that most likely means that someone has already tried to create this stack.

It may be wiser to tell them to figure out what happened, rather than blindly re-create anohter bucket.

In particular, if the stack failed the previous time without deleting the resources, they should probably clean that up first.
