Different Lenght time

Hi.

I want to inject the hdr10+ from a streaming source into bluray source because has more quality but i have two doubts.

1. Bluray source has 22 frames more at the end of the street.. Its important?
   2 Streaming source has very low quality and i dont know if metada its affected from quality.
