2160p to 1080p DV

I'm downscaling a 2160p to 1080p. Is there a way to rescale the rpu data so that I can inject it to 1080p encode?

The only thing you need to adjust is the active area metadata (L5) if there's any.
Otherwise you can also simply change it all to 0 with crop.

I was using Staxrip to extract this. Not really sure exactly where to go from here.
