Scale the mass of a layered sample by sample area for the activation calculator. #125

The layered sample formula (e.g., 2 mm Si // 1 nm Cr // 20 nm Au) calculates mass for a 1 cm² sample. This mass is used to calculate activation of the sample. There is no current way to scale the mixture mass by the sample area in the formula.

The mixture mass for 1 cm² is shown in the activation calculator. Users can calculate the scaled mass as plug it into the mass box. This should be documented in the activation app.

I don't have any suggested syntax for indicating the area. The best I can come up with is to adjust the formula builder so that scaling the entire formula scales the mixture mass. For example, 10(2 mm Si // 1 nm Cr // 20 nm Au).

Note that scaling flux is not the same as scaling mass. Try 1 g Au at 1e8 flux vs 100 g Au at 1e6 flux with Cd ratio = 1 and Thermal ratio = 1. The 197Au 2n reaction changes in proportion to the change in flux.
