"Plugin features" on pulpproject.org do not clearly reflect plugin features. #361

I get confused when I browse: https://pulpproject.org/content-plugins/#pulp-3-content-plugin-features .
For example:

  • I get the impression the rpm plugin has a feature to host rpm's on amazon s3
    • then I switch the tab to the file plugin, which does not have s3.
    • when I read a lot more of the documentation, I find out that this is a feature of core, thus available to all plugins.
  • I cannot compare the "crud operations" of the plugins
    • Every plugin has different groupings of create synchronise publish update
  • The tabs make it a lot worse.
    • I switch back and forth
    • then I lose trust
    • it does not feel like one message, but like randomly pulled information.
  • I don't understand, which plugins are "complete"
    • is the cli for this plugin exsiting / complete
      • to use it as admin, do I instead need to download sth else and learn ansible.
    • is there already a ~"web-templete" for the gui
