Device Response Timing out after Enrollment

We can enroll a device but none of the commands work.

When we Enroll a device, we get the UDID and IP address of the device back, and they appear on the webUI (see screenshot)

The request for DeviceInformation, or any of the other commands do not work. The response from the device appears to time out. In the webUI we see "ERROR: Unable to retrieve response". In Python we do not see the device calling back after intial enrollment.

The device and the MDM are on local server behind a firewall. We have open ports to 8080, and checked specified. Any idea why this is not working?

well dont know how you configure the things could you explain your way here .?
by the way recently i have deployed it on an ubuntu server which was a public one and it works perfectly for me . also i have created a docker container and it worked .
