Filling in the questionnaire and submitting results in thank you prompt and return to where you previously were on the app.
Three buttons at the bottom:
"Back" Takes you back to where you previously were on the app
"View my questionnaires" Takes you to a view of the questionnaires you've filled out. If they are incomplete you can can tap on them to finish them. Complete questionnaires are greyed out.
"Submit" Only appears when questionnaire complete, submits responses.
