One expected feature should be to allow an individual member of staff to easily view the evolution of their workload over years.

This can currently be done, but not easily, nor graphically.

However, a potential issue could be that a member of staff with an FTE that varies over time might show up incorrectly. We need some thoughts about whether to fix that (by storing FTE by Staff by Workpackage) or just have a disclaimer on any chart.
