PMTK3 demo or user guide is needed!!

Hi all,
I would like to use PMTK in my project. however, couldn't find a user guide for beginners.
The book demo in this link https://github.com/probml/pmtk3/wiki/Demos should have instructions and explanations but unfortunately when I click on any of the subtitles a message appears stating that the URL is not found!
The same thing applies when I try viewing them from this link: http://code.google.com/p/pmtk3

Is there any user guide or instructions on how to use the toolbox!!

Seems like the links to the docs are broken. Does anyone know where to download them or how to rebuild them?
