binom-dp [refers to an algorithm](https://private-attribution.github.io/i-d/draft-case-ppm-binomial-dp.html#section-3.2-6) for finding a number of Bernoulli trials satisfies a given $\epsilon, \delta$. It would be valuable to specify this algorithm, or even include a table enumerating a few good choices.
