Update package.json of created packages

bun run add-bun-pkg <package-name> or bun run add-vite-pkg <package-name> create generic starter projects. Update the bash script to modify the package.json to have:

• @privanote namespace
• version
• private to either true/false

as mentioned in the PR #13
