Our current transients (Vimeo video info and YouTube thumbnail URLs) are kept for respectively a week and a month. This is fine in 99% of cases, but there might be instances where a video gets updated, causing the lazy embed to be out of sync with the actual video.
This can easily be solved by adding a button to the WordPress admin area that deletes all video-related transients. I imagine this button should be placed on a new admin page (under Tools > Lazy Embeds), so that we have a location for future settings as well.
