draggable file icon to left of title on mac no longer shows the current file

it only shows the project directory

this makes it harder to e.g. drag/drop the currently open source file to the terminal (which inserts its path in the terminal) to run tests against it

Same issue as @nruth. The proxy icon for the active file is a folder icon and references either the project's base folder or, if a project isn't open, the folder that contains the file.
