Can we make the GTCombinedLayout object a GT object so we can compose many more of these tables together?

i would like to compose many GTCombinedLayout together, currently it just returns 2 GT objects side my side but we may want to further extend this to either:

1. allowing more GT objects together
2. composing more GTCombinedLayout together (would be easier if this returned as a GT object or composable)
3. if we can append tables instead of just side by side?

Hey @Yasin197, thanks for the suggestion! I think that's a super logical next step for the post-processing function.

The trickiest implementation detail for me has been to do with table dimensions – typically there is some min width, but that's not really visible to the GT object as far as I can tell. Stacking tables vertically is definitely a workaround for this, but often tables are taller than they are wide (hence the original choice of a side-by-side layout).

Still, I think this is a worthwhile expansion. Do you want to take the lead on a PR? If not, I am more than happy to as well.
