Minor bug, nightly: Reopened vst3 plugin window defaults to Edit mode

On macos 15.6, Reaper 7.55, current nightly 24.12.25:

Closing a Plugdata plugin window in any of the 3 modes (Edit, Run, Presentation) defaults to Edit mode upon reopening, and then signals "was changed" by the star sign * at end of patch name. This seems to occur newly and might be related to the recent fixing of this bug: #2229

I'd have expected a reopened, saved-before patch not to signal any changes first, and display the mode the patch was last saved at.
