Improve search results

Search results on plone.org are sub-optimal. We discussed various options at the Axolote Sprint, and the consensus was to move to a Nuclia search, and include docs.plone.org and training.plone.org.

See also plone/training#792. After I release the new Plone Sphinx Theme, I will clean up and merge that PR, and make a minor release for it.

There is also documentation of the process in plone/documentation#1529, which I also need to merge.

Actually it appears that there is a Nuclia search block already. I don't know whether it was implemented.

For the new plone.org these are the discussed steps to improve search results:

1. New site and latest Volto helps
2. Old content will be made reachable by direct link only, and hidden from search results.
3. Create a search block page with faceted search. It would help.
4. Install Solr with the latest bells and whistles

Instead of Solr, using Nuclia would allow searching across all properties, including training and docs.
