• Python 3.11+
• FFMpeg installed on the system
• Virtualenv Recommended

• Make the variable selectable when running the script
  • ie. Max Bittrate, Target Bittrate, Larger than bitrate. And resolutions.

Notes

This is currently being tested in:

• Windows 11 and an Nvidia RTX 3060Ti
• Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
