ERROR: Error: Class "AmazonIAM" not found (Settings.php:86)

Hi any idea why this error happens?
The error appears when using:
I will use the root account credentials (will not be stored)
I input my credentials then hit Log In.
The error appears but I can't find a reference to it in the knowledge base.
