After FC Mainboard brown out, I/O PWM controller in undefined state with random PWM values #127

Description

@wolkstein

Hardware: Holibro 6x FC with Pixhawk baseboard and ESCs connected to Main Out 1 - 8.

How were the dangers recognized? The affected system can de-energize the ESCs via FETs. If a voltage source has a high impedance and drops when the FETs are switched on, the FC will brown out. This isn't a problem at first, unless the I/O controller generates PWM signals as a result, which could cause the motors to start randomly.

Desirable behavior in the event of a brownout. I/O controllers for actuators must be switched to a safe state via brown-out detector in the event of a brownout.

Thx
