[RFE] Support for encrypted communication between `pmproxy` and a key server

This Feature Request is asking for support of encrypted communication (TLS) between `pmproxy` component and a key server (Valkey or Redis). Both currently used key server (Valkey and Redis) supports communication via an encrypted connections using TLS. The `pmproxy` component does not currently have the support to use this encrypted connection towards the key server.
