Feature thought: Notifications on new resource

We could have a feature that lets users subscribe to a certain type of resource(eg: Code Snippets, Articles, etc) or tags (nodejs, react, etc).
Users would be notified through emails about new resources, they could also opt-out at a later point in time.
This is just a thought, let me know what you think about it, @pavankpdev

That's an amazing feature @devnm21, I will add this to the roadmap right now.
