Refresh PF Cursor marketplace after plugin taxonomy restructure

After the plugin taxonomy restructure (PR #95) merges, update the PF Cursor marketplace to reflect the new 6-plugin structure (react, migration, design-to-code, a11y, code-review, pf-workshop).

Blocked by: PR #95 (plugin taxonomy restructure) must be merged first

Acceptance Criteria:

• PR feat(PF-4157): restructure plugin taxonomy to 6 plugins #95 has merged to main

• Cursor marketplace submission updated with new plugin names and descriptions

• Verify all plugins install correctly from the Cursor marketplace

• Update any marketplace-related documentation or READMEs if needed

• Confirm skill invocation works end-to-end for at least one skill per plugin
