Linux compile: parallax/bin is a PDF file of the user guide

After jumping through all the hoops to make your compilation script work, the bin folder in SimpleIDE-qt5side/SimpleIDE-1-1-2/parallax - which is supposed to be transferred to opt/parallax/Bin - is a PDF file of the user manual and not a folder of GCC and other programs needed for simpleIDE to work correctly.

How do I fix this?
