Will this be the replacement of MSbooster for the Fragpipe?

I am using Fragpipe for DIA TIMSTOF data analysis; it has the MSBooster step now, will the pUniFind able to rescore and outperform MSBooster?

Thank you for your interest. currently, pUniFind is not ready for DIA data. However, we are preparing to release a new version of pFind specifically for DIA open search. We expect it to demonstrate superior performance compared to tools like DIA-NN. It is currently under rigorous evaluation, and I will let you know as soon as it is released.
