Adding missing pages

If you are OK to work on the platform, you can start by adding the following pages (you may need to browse NuxtJS documentation (https://nuxtjs.org):

• adding theme page
• adding video history page (maybe based on the ip first, it could be better to use a cookie / session id that should be added to the API, to be discussed with @mike1796)
• adding static pages listed on the footer
• add a coming soon text on playlists / subscriptions pages

I you feel the need to change / add information to the API, feel free to ask it to Mike.
