Force RTL for Aranic

Hello @marado, thank you for accepting my pull request.

I opened the webpage as soon as I saw the notification and found the the Arabic language formatting is left to right. Is there a way to force it to be right to left?

I don't know how to do it, but this is all I can find in the documentation:

For the Arabic language, looks perfect. But I think the links at bottom should still be LTR, like: press reaction, videos, discussions... etc.

There's a bug in the counter above, it only shows minutes and seconds left, not days. The other languages look fine except Arabic. The only thing I did is just add the Arabic translation to /public/banner.js.
