Suggested tasks:

1. Bring the ASUS Linux team, projects, and Discord entirely under OGC.
2. Act as a standards body for kernel/user space interaction that is also not imposing.

Reasons:

1. This is to promote OGC impact, higher discussion quality, higher maintenance quality, and project extensibility.
2. It may also result in a net of less noise from users and more help for users across the ecosystem (such as on Discord, Reddit, LKML, etc).
3. It may also result a degree of leverage and collaboration with vendors for an ecosystem with higher quality software/hardware.
4. It may also further the proposed mentorship program.

If Yes, conditional on change(s) can sway the outcome of Yes versus No, a discussion will be held.

As per our brief discussion, responsibilities would be that of a body that makes contributions nicer to work with and more correct, such as by asserting best practices and ensuring ABI stability, at least as a starting point.
