Usually when fsmapper works correctly, when windows are clicked to be captured they immediately disappear, and the fsmapper recaptured interface is displayed after clicking "Activate viewports" (or as soon as all windows are captured).
When this problem happens:
- The actual popped out windows are NOT hidden when captured, they remain as normal windows
- "Activate viewports" draws some black bars on the edges of the screen but otherwise allows a view of the desktop to still be visible
Before when I'd get this issue a restart would fix it, but now a restart seems to no longer be fixing it.
Later edit: restarting fsmapper one more time fixed this issue.
