Sync Refspecs #574
Description
Sometimes one might want to checkout Refs which are not part of the the default Jenkins Refspec. Additional configuration of the Refspec is not possible because the plugin will overwrite the configuration with an empty value.
A label for the build config like jenkins.openshift.io/refspec could be used to configure the Jenkins Refspec.
