Allow Subscriptions feature to extract data #139
Description
In addition to filtering incoming reports by questions, enable direct data extraction from the reports. To implement this, allow us to define "Filter Questions" separately from "Extraction Fields".
Filter Questions are binary and allow for specifying whether "yes" or "no" should be filtered.
Extraction Fields are similar to those in the "Extractions" feature.
