Missing `engines` for node version in `package.json`

@Brandon-G-Tripp if this is still on your computer, can you let me know what version of node I should be running for the project (with it's now-outdated Gatsby dependencies). I tried node 14 and that didn't seem to work, maybe it's node 16?

Ran into this while trying to run the project locally in hopes of fixing #13

Let me clarify. I'm asking if you recall the current node version, which you used at the time you built this project. Trying to get a clean build on my side without luck. Npm ecosystem problems
