[REQUEST]: Support for .loli configs #1197
Description
This feature request respects the following points:

- I'm using an up to date version of OpenBullet2. We generally do not support previous older versions. If possible, please update to the latest version before opening an issue.

Description of the feature request
i would like to see a feature that allows users to use .loli configs in the future
Is your feature request related to a problem
the main reason of this feature request is i don't know how to remake this .loli config its really complicated i have tried and it never succeeds
Describe the solution you'd like
i would like to see .loli configs supported again in the future maybe not this year or the next but the sooner its added the sooner i can use it again
Describe alternatives you've considered
i've tried to remake the .loli config in OB2 but like i stated it failed horribly
