Is Documentation for Class Reference for 3.0 Available Somewhere?

Hi,

I am learning through some functions of Open Babel, and have difficulty finding the class reference for the latest version (3.0.1). Particularly, I was investigating a function called ``, and I could only find a relevant class reference from API of 2.0.2, which seems to be released around 2005.

I would love to see class references in the new API documentation (I couldn't even find the keyword in the site open-babel.readthedocs.io. Additionally, the link to the dev documentation on the index page is broken:
