Remove JSONTransformer

JSONTransformer is the reason for having a dependency on com.googlecode.json-simple:json-simple:1.1.1, which declares an unnecessary a compile time dependency to junit:junit.

While there are a couple of json-simple forks on GitHub which fixed the issue, non has released a artifact to Maven central.
