Unable to install

Hi Developers,

I am trying to install OpenLabyrinth on amazon linux 2 server (EC2). I managed to install the LAMP stack.
I managed to copy the open Labyrinth folder to the server. After fixing the file permissions and changing the directory root, when I try to load the webpage to access the installer routine from browser, it goes blank.

Any suggestions here would be really helpful, since it seems like a dead end.

I was able to move to the installation stage but got stuck (attaching the screen shot above)

I have created a MySQL database on ubuntu, and have tried to give the database name and the username and password. But I end up with the following error on the webpage (Attaching below)

Any suggestions would be helpful here.
