boot2docker share ports

First, awesome guide! It is great to see all this knowledge in one place.

I was a bit confused about the "opening a port with VIrtualbox" section though.

I run boot2docker and have never needed to do this to access shared Docker ports. Maybe this was only needed on an older version?
