Please implement reconnect-when-heartbeat-lost

Hello,

could you please implement some auto-recover mechanism, which will try to reconnect/resubscribe automatically when the heartbeat is lost for some defined time?

You could inspire in `oanda-adapter` (great library here on github but for v1 only)..
