[Command] /calladmin doesn't do anything

We have this command, but as near as I can tell, it doesn't call an admin.

I think this was a stupid JSONAPI feature. I think I've disabled it. Can someone check sometime soon?

Still seems to be there, Still tells me 'message sent' with no visible results. Probably because none of us have the secondary app thing it's talking about enabled.
